ev·o·lu·tion n. A gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form.
A great deal has happened in my life since I became involved in cycling and more importantly, helping those living with and through cancer LIVESTRONG:

I have learned a great deal about myself while riding my bicycle.

I have experienced a tremendous amount of joy forging relationships through my participation in the Lance Armstrong Foundation and All for Hope.

My faith has become a central part of my life
-
My sons continue to develop into wonderful, exciting and dynamic people, and;

More recently I have experienced a great deal of pain in my personal life and it has brought a totally different perspective to me & my life.
LIVING STRONG isn’t as easy as it was before February 28, 2006…the day I discovered my wife of 13 years wanted a divorce.
So I am labeling my past couple years an “evolution” and hopefully I can get to the point where I am in “better form.”
I have many great friends and supporters that I would like to thank for the words of encouragement, the hours of time spent listening to me and the shoulder I needed to cry on.
You all have shown me the power of love, friendship and selflessness I have often taken for granted!!!
